Stars Of Tomorrow Soccer and Enrichment is a component of CSCE. This program serves over 400 youths, ages four to sixteen from the Park Hill neighborhood and surrounding areas. Most kids in the program are from homes with immigrant parents from Liberia and other West African Countries. The parents are economically and socially disadvantaged due to culture deficit and low education achievements and attainment level. As a result, they struggle to make ends means and adequately provide for their families on a daily basis due to working in low ends job, such as home health care, department store, etc.
